POLICY
01 — Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Armenian public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. VEH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
04 — Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all orders. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, please contact us.
05 — Lost or Damaged
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days via support@veh.am or Telegram @veh_support. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
