REFUND
POLICY

01 — General

All VEH drops are limited and final. We do not restock. Because of this, we carefully review every return request on an individual basis. Our goal is to be fair — to you and to the integrity of each piece we release.

02 — Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

03 — Not Eligible

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

04 — Process

To initiate a return, contact us via support@veh.am or Telegram @veh_support with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

05 — Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on drops that have sold out. If your size is still available, we will do our best to accommodate a swap. Contact support before sending anything back.
